*HOW TO REACH THE BASE CAMP:- Base camp for this Programme is established in theVARDHA  ASRAM, Kalakar Colony,Jaisalmer, 01 KM from Bus Stand and 3KM form Railway Station . Jaisalmer in connected by train service with Delhi, Howrah, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner. It is also connected by road with Delhi, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Kutch(Gujarat), Puna, Mumbai, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Ajmer & Udaipur.

* Who can Participate: 
The minimum age for a member to join the program is 18 years to 60 Years, YHAI membership is mandatory to participate. This condition will be adhered to strictly. Under age and above age will not be considered in any case. Members desirous of joining this programme may apply online duly supported by a "Trekking Medical Certificate".
Special Allowance Cases:
On the special case if the person is medically fit and a regular trekker than he can be allowed in offline mode (decision will be final only on management discretion and seat availability). In this case, he/she has to produce Indemnity bond on rs 100/- bond paper from his respective state and has to submit the same along with his Registration form.
*HOW TO JOIN:Online booking is available through Schedule & Seats of the program.
We accept Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card payment on for online payments.
After successful transaction Admit Card will be generated. Participant has to carry "Admit Card", "Trekking Medical Certificate" & "Membership Card"(Print out of membership card may also be accepted) at the time of reporting to the Base Camp.
Members desirous of joining this programme may apply on a prescribed Registration form duly supported by Medical Certificate which is available from Units/State Branches and website..
Note: Seat once booked may not be re-scheduled or transferred. 
All Offline Booking confirmation is subject to availability of seats. State Office will send the Admit Card along with confirmation letter to the participant at the address mentioned in "Trekking Registration Form".

*FOOD & WATER SUPPLIES:     Rajasthani Dishes in dinner (Sweet Punchdhari, besan Barafi, Dal Bati           
                                          Churma, Ker Sangari {Lanji} , etc. )  & borwale water fresh water.    
*WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG:Cotton Shirts, Slacks, Cotton Pants, Rain coat, Good Woolen sweaters or Jackets, Woolen Inners, Sun Cap, Trekking Shoes, Socks woolen and cotton, Gloves  Enameled or Steel Mug / tumbler, Lunch box, Plate, Spoon, Water purifying tablets, Pen knife, Needle, Thread, Spare buttons, Goggles, Cold Cream / Vaseline, Soap, Toilet Paper, Tissues, Towel, Medicines normally used at home for (cold, cough, vomiting etc.), Camera and any other material for your personal use.
*SAFETY & SECURITY: Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of trekking expedition route for your safety. Our field staff and experience camp leaders have visited the area to check all details. While every care has been taken to ensure safety, the Youth Hostel Association of India or its Rajasthan State Branch will not be responsible for any accident, illness and such other unforeseen eventualities.
