BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM:
SITE SEEING AND KONKAN DARSHAN FROM PAREL, MUMBAI TO MUMBAI BACK VIA MANGAON, MAHAD, BHARNA NAKA, DABHOL, GUHAGAR, VELNESHWAR, JAIGAD, GANPATIPULE, RATNAGIRI, VIJAYDURG, DEVGAD, KUNKESHWAR, MALVAN,SINDHUDURG FORT, NIVTI FORT, SHIRODA, AMBOLI, KOLHAPUR,MALAVLI.
IT’S A DETOUR BY THE WESTERN COAST VIEWING KONKAN, HISTORIC TEMPLES, AND SEA FORTS. WE SHALL CROSS THE CREEKS BY BOAT;WHICH IS UNIQUE IN ITSELF.
EATING KONKAN SEA AND VEGETARIAN FOOD WILL BE AN EXPERIENCE.
Day 1
Report at Mumbai, YHAI MSB at 5:30 hrs. Proceed by 6:00 hrs. Breakfast at Jambhulpada. Proceed to Mahad. Lunch VEG. Reach Guhagar via ferry boat at Dabhol Jetty. Stay at Guhagar. Dinner VEG/NON-VEG. This willbe the longest & tiring journey of 14 hrs.
Day 2
Breakfast & tea at 7:30 at Guhagar. Proceed to Velneshwar. Explore temple & beach. Hedvi beach, Dashbhuja Ganapati Mandir. Tawsal ferry boat to Jaigad fort. Proceed to Ganpatipule Temple. Stay. Six/Eight Persons for Non-AC Dormitory. VEGETARIAN Lunch & Dinner at Ganpatipule.
Day 3
Breakfast at Ganpatipule. Proceed to Ratnagiri. See Are-Ware beach,Ratnadurg fort, Thiba palace, Hotel Visava, Bhatye. VEG Lunch. Proceed to Shubhankar Home Stay, Vijaydurg. VEG/NON-VEG Dinner.
Day 4
Breakfast at Vijaydurg Fort. Proceed to the Fort. See Admiral Dhulup Wada near the fort on Mahadev Patil rd, Rameshwar temple, and Devgad beach. Veg LUNCH AT Devgad. GAMES ZIPLINE ETC INDIVIDUAL(NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE). Leave for Kunkeshwar temple. Tea & snacks. Leave further at Tambaldeg. Stay. Dinner VEG/NON-VEG.
Day 5
Breakfast at Tambaldeg. Reach Malvan (Ashirvad Home Stay). Proceed to the Sindhudurg Fort. Dinner VEG. Scuba Diving for 1 hr. Rs 500/- charges which are optional. Proceed to Karli-Devbag. Back to homestay. Dinner VEG/NON-VEG.
Day 6
Breakfast & tea at Malvan. Leave for Nivati Fort. Proceed to Vengurla to view the Dutch factory. Lunch at Namaste Chef Vengurla. VEG LUNCH. Proceed to Hotel Konkan Kinara, Shiroda. Dinner VEG/NON-VEG.
Day 7
Breakfast & tea on the way to Amboli. Stay at Shivmalhar. VEG Lunch at Satpurush Amboli. Amboli Darshan. Hiranyakeshi Temple. Forest Garden, Summer Castle ruins, Mahadevgad, Sun Set point. Dinner at Hotel Satpurush, VEG/NON-VEG
Day 8
Breakfast& tea at Shivmalhar. Proceed to Kolhapur. Kanheri Math. VEG lunch. YHA Rankala Dormitory. Kolhapur Darshan. VEG/NON-VEG Dinner. Stay.
Day 9
Breakfast at Kolhapur. Proceed to Mumbai. VEG Lunch at Malavali YHA. Snacks & tea on the way. MSB, Parel, Mumbai by 7:00 PM. Programme breaks.
