Who can participate:
Any YHAI member above 18 years old can join. Any person who is desirous to join this program can book and can take YHAI membeship at the time of reporting.
How to reach the basecamp: By Air: Ernakulam (Cochin) & Madurai
By Train: Aluva (Ernakulam) & Madurai
By Road: Munnar is well connected with Ernakulam, pondi and Aluva.

Who can participate:
1. You can join through online booking by www.yhaindia.org
2. Participants can also deposit the participation fees in any branch of ICICI bank giving the following bank details:

Accommodation Facilities: Dormitory Accommodation and Tented Accommodation
Food & Water Supply: Simple Vegetarian Meals
What Participants should bring along:
Things personal, Rainsheet, personal medicines, cotton shirts, cotton pants, bedsheet, shoes, two pair of socks, water bottle, lunch box, mug, plate, tumbler, toilet set, cream & firstaid kit.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy: 1. You will get 50% refund of the participation fees if you will unable to join the program. The request must be received by us through email or any written mode or online before 10 days from your reporting date. After that no request of cancellation will be applicable if request received less than 10 days prior to your reporting date.
2. YHAI is not liable to pay any personal travelling expenses to the participant in case of any cancellation of the program.
3. In case YHAI cancel the program last minute due to govt. permission, issue or any natural, participant will get 100% refund. But in case of participants cannot claim any travel amount, they incurred.
For offline Cancellation: Your cancellation request should be sent to the state office as per the criteria.
