BREIF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM:
National Individual Adventure Cum Training Camp North East India in Guwahati a sprawling city beside the Brahmaputra River in the northeast Indian state of Assam. It’s known for holy sites like the hilltop Kamakhya Temple, featuring shrines to the Hindu deities Shiva and Vishnu, Kaziranga National Parkwhich hosts two-thirds of the world's great one-horned rhinoceroses, is a World Heritage Site.
After Breakfast, Proceed to Tezpur Via Bhalukpong Enroute Sightseeing, Bhalukpong Fort, Pakhui Wildlife Sanctuary. Spreading Over An Area Of 862 Sq. Km, Pakhui Wildlife Sanctuary is located in a Scenic Environment, Tezpur Agnigarh, Cole Park), Lunch At Bhalukpong, Evening Tea, Dinner & Stay At Tezpur (Approx 175 km)
After Breakfast, Proceed to Cherrapunjee Sightseeing With Packed Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner & Proceed Shillong, Stay at Shillong. . (Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Double Decker Living Root Bridge, Mawsynram Village, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, The Eco Park, Dawki, Mawkdok Dympep Valley) (Approx 75km)

Members desirous of joining this program may apply online through our website www.yhaindia.org, or, through offline mode by sending the prescribed registration form duly supported by a Medical Certificate, along with a DD amount 34,000/- of requisite amount in favor of “YouthHostels Association of India”, payable at New Delhi. Members can also apply through the State Branch or Local Unit of YHAI.

HOW TO REACH THE BASE CAMP:
By Air
The nearest airport isLokpriyaGopinathBordoloi International Airport, Borjhar, Guwahati, Assam which lies approximately 25kilometers away from base camp and offers daily flights from New Delhi.
By Train
Ghuwahati railway station is well connected by Train network. Participants may select suitable trains.

Extensive and painstaking preparations have gone into the planning of sightseeing program for your safety. Our field staff and experienced camp leaders have been visiting the area to check all details. While every care has been taken to ensure safety, the Youth Hostels Association of India cannot be held responsible for any accident, illness and such other unforeseen eventualities.
SMOKING, USE OF ALCOHOL AND NARCOTICS OF ANY DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAM.
CANCELLATION RULES:

Offline booking request for cancellation and refund may be sent through email at trekking@yhaindia.org. Please attach the copy of your Admit Card in your cancellation request email.
Seat once booked may not be re-scheduled or transferred.
Any unforeseen event/ strike or natural calamity/ unfit medical condition will not be considered as a cause of cancellation.
Refund may be given after completion of the programs 30 to 45 working days.
