BREIF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM: Mt. Kalsubai commonly known as THE EVEREST OF MAHARASHTRA is the tallest peak in the state perched at an altitude of 5400ft(1640m). It is surrounded by Kalsubai Harishchandra gad wildlife sanctuary which has got a number of species of birds. There is a 1200-year-old Lord Shiva temple carved in 9^th century CE by king Jhanj alongside the famous Wilson (bhandardara) dam.

DAY WISE SCHEDULE:

Reach campsite by 2.00pm	Reach the summit for sunrise at 7.00am
Lunch	Breakfast, start descend
Visit Amruteshwar temple	Visit Randha falls
Sunset from Bhandardara dam	Back to campsite by 12.30pm
Dinner	Lunch
Lights out at 10.00pm	Return journey for Mumbai at 2.30pm

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? Everyone between the age group of 10-65 years who is fit for small hikes can participate.

HOW TO REACH THE BASE CAMP: Base camp at Bari village, Akole Taluka, Ahmednagar District.

We have arranged bus pick up and drop from Mumbai to Mumbai.

HOW TO JOIN: One can join online or offline. For offline individual can contact YHAI NAVI MUMBAI, GOREGAON, THANE AND MIRA BHAYANDAR UNITS.

ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES: Accommodation will be provided in simple homestay.

FOOD & WATER SUPPLIES: Simple vegetarian food and natural water will be provided from base camp.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG: Medical certificate, YHAI membership card/ reciept, any govt ID (Digi locker), Rubber sole trekking shoes, personal medication, torch, some ready to eat food, toiletries, mosquito repellent, a small backpack, water bottles, winter wear, extra pair of clothes, slippers.

SAFETY & SECURITY:All necessary precautions are taken keeping COVID-19 pandemic in mind. The participants body temperature and oxygen levels will be checked before getting into bus. Base camp will be sanitized from time to time. Trek experts will be there from base camp to summit and back.

Cancellation Policy

1. The participant can apply for the cancellation of the seat booked at any time prior to his/her reporting date and avail either 80% monetary refund or 100% in the form of credit shell with one year validity. Click the link to cancel: https://www.yhaindia.org/program-cancellation.php

2. In Case YHAI cancels the program because of natural calamities, pandemic or any administrative reasons, YHAI will refund 100% of the paid fee. The participant can either claim for 100% refund or postpone the seat for any other program.

3. Cancellation request for offline booking may be sent through email at yhainavimumbai@gmail.com along with a copy of their admit card with the request email for cancellation.

4. Refund will be processed after 30 to 45 days of the completion of the programs.
