20BREIF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM: Puducherry a favouritetraveler’s destination in South India attracts tourists from far and wide. It is the former headquarters of the French colony in India and is often described as ‘The French Riviera of the East’. Puducherry still exuberates the French flavourwhich is still witnessed by the magnificent colonial mansions, serene promenades, and beautiful boulevards.
Puducherry has a distinct spiritual vibration that cannot be felt anywhere else in India. The blend of spiritual aura, colonial heritage, Tamil Culture and the cosmopolitan flair of many nationalities provides wonderful experience to the tourists.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?- NonYHAI Member can get spot membership enrollment in online
- Any YHAI member (Either Husband or Wife) can participate on first come first serve basis. Since it’s a family camp, single person is not allowed to register for this camp.
- A family consists of four members: Husband, Wife and maximum of two Children up to the age of 12 years. Copy of Age proof must be attached with application form or must be submitted at the time of reporting at the camp site.
- Children above 12 years will be charged extra Rs. 1000 each.
- Son/Daughterabove 18 years will be charged extra Rs. 2000 each.
- Passport size photograph of the Family Head must be affixed on the form. A photo identity proof (preferably Aadhaar Card) copy of Head of the Family should be attached with the application form, to be produced at the time of reporting at the camp site.
- YHAI membership is mandatory for Son / Daughter agedabove 18 years.

From Chennai Airport: Take Metro Train and get down at CMBT(Koyambedu Bus Stand). From CMBT board bus to Puducherry via Bypass Route&get down at JIPMERbus stop, Puducherry.

Online Booking: Members desirous of joining this programme may apply online (www.yhaindia.org) by paying the requisite program fee Rs.16,500/- per Family including Husband, Wife, and Two Children up to the age of 12 years.
After a successful transaction Admit Card will be generated. Participant has to carry an "Admit Card & Membership Card"(a photo copy of membership card may also be accepted) at the time of reporting to the Camp site.

Filled inprogram registration Form, ID Proof of family head, Birth Certificate of their children and DD will be sent to the following address:

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING ALONG:
- Water Bottle, Cap, Raincoat and Required Medicines (As per your personal requirement, which you regularly use at home)
- Family with infants should take care of the necessities for the baby such as feeding bottle, any supplements etc...

SMOKING, USE OF ALCOHOL AND NARCOTICS OF ANY DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAM.
Note: Schedule of the programme may change without prior notice depending on the local condition.
CANCELLATION RULES:
- In case of cancellationof booking, it must be informed in advance to the programme coordinator by sending email.
- Cancelation of participation on or before 25.07.2022, 75 % of the received total amount will be refunded (excluding gateway payment service charge).
- No refund will be applicable for any cancellation after25.07.2022. But you may transfer your booking to your extended family members, relatives or friends by sending email.
